Customers will provide the information for their website including logos (unless having one designed by Kix Media Solutions). It is your responsibility to provide up to date information for your Website. Amendments can be made where necessary by contacting Kix Media Solutions if your website is a maintained website (i.e. not using a content management system). Kix Media Solutions will not take responsibility for any inaccuracies that have not been notified. 

You will be sent a link to check your Website on before it is set live. When you respond to agree its content, you are agreeing that all information is present and correct. Kix Media Solutions will not take responsibility for anything that has been approved. 

Once the Website content has been approved, you will be emailed an invoice and bank details to pay. Payment is required in full before the Website will be made live. After the first year your payment for the hosting of your website is payable annually. You will be contacted a week before your hosting renewal is due for payment. 

Any website(s) designed & developed by Kix Media Solutions will be owned by Kix Media Solutions. If you wish to transfer ownership of the Website, a fee of £100.00 will be payable. 

All domain names (Web addresses) purchased through Kix Media Solutions will be owned by Kix Media Solutions. If you wish to transfer the domain name away from Kix Media Solutions a fee of £50.00 will apply. Fees for other domain name extensions i.e. .com, .net, .co will apply and costs vary so please contact me for more information. 

If you do not wish to renew your hosting please let me know as soon as possible (not in month 12 of your hosting agreement). No charge will be made for this however the ownership of the Website will still be with Kix Media Solutions and the Website will cease once the hosting has expired or at your behest. 

If Kix Media Solutions has designed your logo, by making payment, the ownership of the logo is transferred to yourself. Kix Media Solutions will still be able to use your logo for portfolio and marketing if necessary. No refunds for any website design service, logo design service, hosting charge or domain name fee will be given. If you choose to move your hosting or domain name before your annual term expires, no refund will be given for any time surrendered. 

More terms & conditions can be added by Kix Media Solutions at any time should there be a need to. These will be updated on the website and therefore available for you to view there.
